Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technician to support the legal organization within a large Federal agency. The role involves managing and processing electronic data for legal matters, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to specific protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Log production in eDiscovery Tracking System
• Digest cover letters and provide descriptions
• Obtain passwords for encrypted media
• Determine if cover letters qualify for loading into Relativity
• Virus scan productions
• Copy clean productions to the Agency's network
• Handle various document types (whistleblower, RFPA, etc.)
• Analyze data for processing requirements and completeness
• Inspect data for completeness
• Monitor incoming productions via email and FTP
• Scan and OCR paper documents
• Coordinate off-site scanning for large paper productions

Requirements

• Three years of eDiscovery technical experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or three years of additional relevant experience)
• Knowledge of information resources
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience managing multiple tasks
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
