Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support legal accounts and various aspects of the company's portfolio. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting the eDiscovery platform, participating in technical meetings, and automating routine tasks. The position requires a Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in teleconferences and technical meetings
• Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Record configuration change requests
• Process storage requests, migrations, and decommission tasks
• Monitor system components and coordinate vendor support
• Respond to monitoring alerts and warnings
• Complete scheduled maintenance
• Prevent data loss and storage system outages
• Manage technology in remote environments
• Review and process tickets
• Provide initial response and escalation for outages
• Schedule maintenance actions
• Create Power Shell and VBS scripts
• Perform daily system monitoring
• Apply OS patches and upgrades
• Configure new services
• Facilitate system migration to cloud infrastructures
• Research and recommend innovative approaches
• Prepare and review technical assessments

Requirements

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP)
• Experience with Windows Servers (physical and virtualized)
• Top Secret Clearance
