Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support legal accounts. The role involves configuring, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the eDiscovery platform, as well as automating tasks and migrating systems to cloud infrastructures.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical meetings
  • Perform configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Record configuration change requests
  • Process storage requests and migrations
  • Monitor system components and coordinate support
  • Respond to monitoring alerts
  • Complete scheduled maintenance
  • Prevent data loss
  • Manage technology in remote environments
  • Review and process tickets
  • Provide escalation for outages
  • Schedule maintenance actions
  • Create automation scripts
  • Perform system monitoring
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades
  • Configure new services
  • Facilitate system migration to cloud infrastructures
  • Research and recommend innovative approaches
  • Prepare technical assessments

Requirements

  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP)
  • Experience with Windows Servers
  • Experience with PowerShell and VBS scripting
  • Top Secret Clearance
