Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support legal accounts. The role involves supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio, requiring adaptability, pressure management, and collaboration with other FBI Divisions. The position focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting a Veritas eDiscovery Platform hosted on Windows Servers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical meetings
• Perform configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Record configuration change requests
• Process storage requests and migrations
• Monitor system components and coordinate support
• Respond to monitoring alerts
• Complete scheduled maintenance
• Prevent data loss
• Manage technology in remote environments
• Review and process tickets
• Provide escalation for outages
• Schedule maintenance actions
• Create automation scripts
• Monitor system integrity
• Apply OS patches and upgrades
• Configure new services
• Facilitate system migration to cloud infrastructures
• Research and recommend innovative approaches
• Prepare technical assessments

Requirements

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP)
• Experience with Windows Servers
• Knowledge of PowerShell and VBS scripting
• Understanding of change control processes
• Strong attention to detail
