Job Description

CGS is seeking an experienced Hmong Chinese Reviewer to support litigation activities, workflow management, and litigation support within a fast-paced in-house legal team. The role involves research, drafting legal documents, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and draft responses for post-conviction motions
• Draft memorandums on questions of law
• Examine, prepare, and process legal documents
• Assist attorneys in preparing trial notebooks and discovery
• Verify citations and statutory references
• Compose original letters
• Maintain legal files
• Integrate output from different software applications

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation support experience
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw)
• Familiarity with computer applications (word processing, databases, spreadsheets)
• Familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures
• Law Degree
