Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Auditor to assist with medical claims data analysis, forensic investigations, financial damages, and ability-to-pay analyses, supporting investigations, prosecutions, settlements, and recovery efforts. The role involves analyzing financial records, calculating settlements, and communicating findings to attorneys and investigators.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial records
• Calculate ability to pay settlements
• Identify related party transactions
• Analyze healthcare claims
• Create financial damage models
• Conduct asset valuation
• Conduct records reconstruction
• Develop computerized models
• Report on financial data
• Communicate findings
• Review defense presentations
• Work with independent experts
• Prepare expert reports
• Participate in negotiations
• Testify as required
• Perform training and presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, or health care fraud analysis
• Understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures
• Experience illustrating understanding of admissibility of evidence
• Experience illustrating understanding of violation elements
