CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Supervisor to manage the e-billing and payment cycle workflow, ensuring accurate billing processes, preparing reports, supervising staff, and recommending improvements to billing systems. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in legal billing and receivables.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate e-billing processes
• Prepares billing reports
• Ensures timely invoice submission
• Creates ad hoc reports
• Identifies billing process improvements
• Supports audits
• Supervises e-billing and receivables staff
• Evaluates staff skills and recommends training
• Provides staff performance feedback
• Delegates assignments

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with leadership
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Outlook, Access)
