CGS is seeking a Senior Billing Supervisor to manage the e-billing and payment cycle workflow, ensuring accurate payment posting, charge corrections, and monthly reconciliation. This role involves coordinating with the accounting department, supervising staff, and providing reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate e-billing processes
• Prepares billing reports
• Ensures timely invoice submission
• Creates ad hoc reports
• Identifies improvements to billing processes
• Supports audits
• Supervises e-billing and receivables staff
• Evaluates staff skills and recommends training
• Provides staff performance feedback
• Delegates assignments

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Five years of legal billing/receivables experience
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, Outlook, Access)
