Job Description

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support a large federal agency in their Agile transformation. The ideal candidate will empower an Agile culture by coaching, guiding, and supporting various stakeholders. This role involves facilitating workshops, providing hands-on mentoring, and helping teams refine their Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams
• Facilitate Agile and Lean principles workshops
• Lead Agile training for stakeholders
• Provide Agile coaching and support
• Help teams with sprint planning
• Assess team performance and Agile maturity
• Provide feedback on processes and tooling
• Facilitate cross-team planning and grooming sessions
• Advance the Agile Transformation Roadmap
• Embed an agile culture
• Track and monitor Agile project metrics

Requirements

• Familiar with DevSecOps tools
• Superior organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Agile coaching experience
• Minimum 5 years of Agile experience
• Strong understanding of SAFe
• Experience as an organizational change agent
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains
• Experience with Continuous Delivery Pipeline
