Job Description

CGS is seeking Business Analysts to collaborate with a large federal agency, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify new business opportunities. The role involves documenting requirements, developing comprehensive documentation, and supporting service delivery improvement and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop briefings and documentation
• Document and analyze business requirements
• Create system diagrams and reports
• Develop content for various media
• Perform risk management
• Manage client interaction
• Identify cross-team dependencies
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering)
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis
• Experience with Agile delivery methods
• Experience with Jira
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Government Security clearance eligibility
