Job Description

As a Computer Support Technician at CGS, you will provide direct assistance to USAO personnel, focusing on the testing, configuration, installation, and maintenance of networked systems. The role emphasizes customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the security and integrity of data. CGS fosters a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and maintenance of networked systems
• Ensuring systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining information systems security programs
• Providing customer support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Assisting with IT Systems Management and network maintenance
• Maintaining Office intranet and internet sites
• Supporting litigation and case management services

Requirements

• Knowledge of operating systems and system interoperability
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems
• Knowledge of information system integration principles
• High school education
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• United States Citizenship
