CGS is seeking a Data Engineer to support a growing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform focused on providing solutions for federal customers. Responsibilities

• Complete data pipeline development
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams
• Write code for data extraction and processing performance
• Automate data ingest processes
• Adhere to lean-agile engineering principles
• Implement and document requirements
• Cultivate a collaborative environment

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
• 7+ years of IT experience
• Experience with data pipeline development
• Proficiency in ETL processes
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or SAS
• Knowledge of big data tools
• Understanding of agile and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Experience with Git Repositories
