Job Description

As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide expertise in application and systems software to key stakeholders, analyzing complex systems and assisting with the design, development, and delivery of standard operating procedures and training materials. The role requires a high degree of technical experience and a broad range of knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures/standards
• Enhance understanding of agency systems
• Coordinate program goals and requirements
• Provide recommendations for IT system improvements
• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation
• Define system upgrades or replacements
• Support operation and maintenance of IT systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a clearance
• Knowledge of data governance and management
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL
• Agile Methodology experience (desired)
• Data Analytics tools experience (desired)
• UNIX OS experience (desired)
• Java experience (desired)
• SFTO experience (desired)
• APEX experience (desired)
