Job Description

As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to key stakeholders. You will analyze complex systems to define processes and procedures, assist with design and development, and deliver training materials. A successful candidate will have strong technical experience and a broad range of skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures/standards
• Enhance understanding of agency systems
• Coordinate program goals and requirements
• Provide recommendations for IT improvements
• Develop procedures and documentation
• Define system upgrades/replacements
• Support IT system operation and maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a clearance
• Knowledge of data governance and management
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL
• Agile Methodology experience is desired
• Data Analytics tools experience is desired
• UNIX OS experience is desired
• Java experience is desired
• SFTO experience is desired
• APEX experience is desired
