Job Description

As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide expertise in application and systems software to key stakeholders, analyzing complex systems and assisting with the design, development, and delivery of standard operating procedures and training materials. The role requires a high degree of technical experience and a broad range of knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redefine procedures and/or standards
• Enhance understanding of agency systems with stakeholders
• Coordinate program goals, requirements, and performance analysis
• Provide recommendations for IT system improvements
• Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation
• Define IT system upgrades or replacements
• Support operation and maintenance of complex IT systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a clearance
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, and data modeling
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL
• Agile Methodology experience is highly desired
• Data Analytics tools experience (ADVANA) is highly desired
• UNIX OS experience is highly desired
• Java experience is highly desired
• SFTO experience is highly desired
• APEX experience is highly desired
