Job Description

CGS is seeking a Jira Lead Administrator to drive transformation in the federal IT domain. The role involves developing strategies, implementing technologies, streamlining processes, and improving mission value delivery through Atlassian tools and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create custom projects in Atlassian tool suite
• Configure Atlassian tools for CI/CD
• Create and maintain Jira and Confluence sites
• Analyze and implement integrated Atlassian tools
• Interface with stakeholders as a liaison
• Define information system upgrades
• Gather requirements and optimize business processes

Requirements

• 7 years’ experience in systems analysis and design
• 3 years’ experience with Jira and Confluence administration
• 3+ years’ experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket
• Advanced degree with 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge of Agile principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
• Working knowledge of Networking, DNS, Databases, APIs, SAML, and Akamai
• Experience with Federal Systems Engineering Life Cycles (SELC) and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
