Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support to end users within the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The role involves a wide range of IT support tasks, including user account administration, software/hardware installation, remote support, training, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Backup/Restoration admin/support
  • File Server support
  • User Account/Mailbox administration
  • Software/Hardware installation
  • Handheld device installation/troubleshooting/support
  • Remote User setup/support/troubleshooting
  • End-user training
  • Procedural documentation creation
  • Spreadsheet/database creation for tracking
  • ITIL ticket information recording/updating
  • Incident work-log entry creation
  • Answering user support questions
  • Account Management form maintenance
  • Proactive reporting and trending analysis
  • IT inventory management
  • Desk-side training for new employees
  • Weekly status reports and monthly surveys
  • Conference/training room setup and support

Requirements

  • One year or more Adobe Connect or related online meeting center set-up experience
  • ITIL Foundations certification (advantageous)
  • Change Management experience (advantageous)
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above (advantageous)
