Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 & 2 support services to end users within the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA). The role involves a wide range of IT support tasks, including user account administration, software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, training, and reporting, with a focus on utilizing ITIL best practices.

Requirements

  • One year or more Adobe Connect experience
  • ITIL Foundations certification (advantageous)
  • Change Management experience (advantageous)
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust (advantageous)
