Job Description

CGS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a technical initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves utilizing JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies for ServiceNow development, requirements gathering, and implementing HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope.

Responsibilities

• Utilize JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies for ServiceNow development
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and build-out of ServiceNow functionality
• Implement HR Service Requests within HRSD
• Develop applications for Employee service requests
• Refactor ServiceNow software during updates
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile
• Understand backend configuration and build test data
• Support configuration, change, and release management
• Maintain work product accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-7 years related experience
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows
• Experience with Agile Development and Test Management
• Excellent communication skills
