Job Description

As a Financial Litigation Unit Paralegal, you will support the enforcement of criminal and civil debt collection through financial investigations, legal document preparation, and asset evaluation. You will be a key member of the litigation team, drafting motions, analyzing financial records, and coordinating with witnesses and agencies to build legally sound cases.

• Monitor case progress
• Draft legal briefs and motions
• Analyze tax records and credit reports
• Conduct interviews with debtors and agencies
• Prepare legal documents for review

Requirements

• High school degree required, college degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Minimum of 2 years paralegal experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to examine and evaluate case files
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Ability to interview witnesses
• Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations
