Job Description

Contact Government Services is seeking a Litigation Support Technician to provide technical and analytical assistance to the United States Attorney's Office. The role involves coordinating litigation support services, systems administration, ensuring systems security, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate litigation support services
  • Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment
  • Perform systems testing, quality assurance, and maintenance
  • Ensure systems availability, functionality, and security
  • Resolve hardware/software issues
  • Maintain equipment inventory
  • Implement security policies and procedures
  • Provide customer support and training
  • Diagnose and resolve customer incidents

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Ability to pass a Background Investigation and obtain Security Clearance
  • Experience with Litigation Support principles
  • Experience with Litigation Support systems
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and systems security
  • Experience with litigation support databases (IPRO Eclipse, Relativity)
  • Experience with discovery processing hardware/software (Law Pre-Discovery, Nuix)
