Job Description

The Litigation Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to USAO personnel, AUSAs, and other staff, utilizing cutting-edge technology to solve government problems. The role involves providing litigation support services, managing electronically stored information (ESI), and ensuring efficient data organization and retrieval.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical advice on legal automation
  • Perform information system analysis and installation
  • Provide litigation support services for trial preparation
  • Create case databases for ESI processing
  • Organize case information for efficient retrieval
  • Assure efficient electronic storage and retrieval of documents

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the legal process and federal/local law
  • Ability to communicate with attorneys and understand legal issues
  • United States Citizenship
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
