Job Description

CGS is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide technical support for a large Federal agency’s litigation efforts. The role involves defining system requirements, designing systems, testing software, and providing documentation and training. The ideal candidate will have experience with litigation support systems and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system and project requirements
• Design systems to meet requirements
• Test software and prepare sample data
• Present findings and recommendations
• Develop systems documentation
• Consult with Government staff and contractors
• Provide technical expertise and supervision
• Report on progress
• Provide user and technical documentation and training

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with relevant systems
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into designs
• Broad knowledge of Government IT environments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Relativity, ReadySuite, and I-Pro eCapture
• Supervisory or team leader experience is useful
• Experience in automated litigation support is helpful
