CGS is seeking a Senior Financial Investigator to provide Legal Support for a large Government Project in Clarksburg, WV. The role involves reviewing financial records, analyzing data for fraud, and providing litigation support to the client. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about learning, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Review financial records and legal documents
• Develop HCF case referrals
• Analyze data for fraud, waste, and abuse
• Evaluate referrals and plan information gathering
• Advise attorneys on case merits
• Assist in developing new referrals and training
• Conduct witness interviews and prepare summaries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, fraud, or investigative work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Data analysis skills related to healthcare fraud
• Strong communication skills
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
