Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide technical support for a large Federal agency. The role involves developing and managing workflow processes, consulting with stakeholders, designing systems, performing evaluations, and supervising personnel to ensure successful project completion and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document workflow processes
• Consult with stakeholders on system requirements
• Design systems to meet requirements
• Perform systems evaluations
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Manage task orders and personnel
• Ensure quality control and timely deliverables
• Prepare system documentation
• Conduct user training
• Prepare training materials

Requirements

• Significant Relativity experience
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows
• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Knowledge of Government IT environments
• Experience in litigation support (helpful)
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead a technical team
