Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide technical support for a large Federal agency. The role involves developing, managing, and documenting workflow processes, consulting with stakeholders on system requirements, designing systems, performing evaluations, and supervising personnel. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with Relativity and a strong understanding of government IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document workflow processes
• Consult with stakeholders on system requirements
• Design systems to meet requirements
• Perform systems evaluations
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Manage task orders and personnel
• Ensure quality control and timely deliverables
• Prepare system documentation
• Organize and conduct user training
• Create training materials

Requirements

• Significant Relativity experience
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows
• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Knowledge of government IT environments
• Experience in litigation support (helpful)
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead a technical team
