CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves replying to customer inquiries via calls and emails, utilizing a knowledge base, documenting communications, and adhering to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to calls and emails from the public
  • Use a knowledge base to answer customer requests
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Document communications in the database

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keyboarding proficiency of 40 words per minute
