Job Description

CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves responding to public inquiries via calls and emails, utilizing a knowledge base, and documenting communications.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to calls and emails from the public
  • Use a knowledge base and follow SOPs
  • Document communications in the database

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keyboarding proficiency of 40 WPM
