CGS is seeking an FHA Mortgage Origination Representative to provide customer support for a large Federal agency, answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures. The role involves utilizing knowledge databases, following procedures, documenting contacts, and staying updated on FHA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer calls and emails on FHA guidelines
• Locate answers in a knowledge database
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Document all contacts
• Stay updated on FHA processes

Requirements

• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years FHA loan experience or 3+ years loan origination experience
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance
