Job Description

CGS is seeking a Program Manager/Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver training for internal and external audiences for a government client. This role involves collaborating with teams, creating training materials, and supporting the rollout of transformed claim review processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize Training Plans
• Design, develop, and deliver role-based training
• Create user-friendly graphics and communication media
• Provide support for successful rollout of transformed processes
• Develop myVCF system training
• Design and develop communication materials
• Submit and track training/communication materials for approval

Requirements

• Ability to design comprehensive training approach and materials
• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing training
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing training/communications teams
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience using Adobe Captivate
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• United States citizenship
