Analytic Partners is seeking a Director to lead customer engagements and manage a team of consultants and analysts. This role involves project management, business interpretation, customer communication, and driving the adoption of analytics solutions. The Director will also contribute to revenue goals, new business development, and internal corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements and manage a team of consultants and analysts
• Provide thought leadership and actionable insights to customers
• Drive efficient and effective customer delivery
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations
• Manage revenue and profitability goals
• Train and coach team members
• Contribute to internal corporate initiatives
• Support new customer acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Marketing
• 10+ years of experience in marketing mix modeling or related statistical modeling
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project and customer management skills
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Proven success with advanced analytics programs
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
• Excellent communication skills
