Job Description

Analytic Partners is seeking an Accounting Manager to supervise staff accountants, maintain accounts, prepare allocations, analyze general ledger activity, manage the month-end close, and contribute to policy development. The role involves working with consolidated financial statements for international entities and collaborating with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor staff accountants
• Maintain and balance accounts
• Prepare allocations and reconcile intercompany accounts
• Report on consolidated financial statements
• Analyze general ledger activity
• Manage the month-end close
• Contribute to policy development
• Collaborate with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting
• Interact with management and client facing personnel
• Support external audit requests
• Implement new accounting guidance
• Ensure policy and procedure adherence
• Contribute to systems and process improvement
• Protect organization's confidential information

Requirements

• CPA strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• 3-6 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Microsoft Office, ERP, and business systems experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload
• NetSuite knowledge a plus
• Multinational and multi-currency experience preferred
