Job Description

Analytic Partners is seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations & Analytics to lead the revenue engine across the commercial lifecycle. This role will bridge Business Development, Finance, and the Client Engagement Team, focusing on data integrity, operational alignment, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales pipeline health and data accuracy
  • Maintain alignment on deal stages and timelines
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports
  • Build and refine revenue forecasts
  • Analyze sales performance and profitability metrics
  • Communicate insights to senior leaders
  • Lead initiatives to improve system integrations
  • Develop and enforce best practices for revenue reporting
  • Automate manual workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance
  • Strong Salesforce experience
  • Exposure to forecasting or performance analytics
  • Financial mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
