Analytic Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to monitor key business drivers, leverage ERP systems, deliver data-driven insights, and prepare financial reporting. The role involves workforce planning, variance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key business drivers
• Leverage ERP systems to automate processes
• Deliver data-driven insights
• Develop reporting tools
• Maintain workforce planning projections
• Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Identify performance drivers and implement improvements
• Assist in monthly closing activities
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Perform ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• BS Finance or Accounting required
• 3+ years of FP&A/Finance experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau
• SaaS, Consulting, or Financial Services experience is a plus
• Multi-currency/FX reporting experience preferred
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and accurate
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
