Job Description

Analytic Partners is seeking an HR Workforce Analytics & Operations Manager to own and maintain global workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting for HR and Executive stakeholders. This role involves leading the employee engagement survey process, conducting workforce analysis, managing compensation benchmarking, and facilitating benefits renewal analytics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting
• Manage HR dashboard maintenance and data accuracy
• Operate ELT reporting cadence
• Lead employee engagement survey process
• Conduct workforce analysis
• Manage compensation benchmarking
• Facilitate exit interview analytics
• Lead benefits renewal analytics
• Serve as global Mercer relationship owner
• Prepare recommendations for leadership
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent
