Analytic Partners is seeking a collaborative and organized Demand Generation & Field Marketing Specialist to support global initiatives. This role involves managing campaigns, assisting with field marketing events, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive qualified leads and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multitouch global programs
• Support field marketing initiatives including event logistics
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for results
• Collaborate with sales, operations, content, and design teams
• Manage demand generation and field marketing budgets
• Maintain market insights and refine marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of full-time marketing experience
• Experience with B2B marketing programs across multiple regions
• Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ABM platforms (6sense preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and project management tool familiarity
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel up to 30%
