Analytic Partners is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, supporting the product and developing requirements for enhancements. The role involves using tools like JIRA, managing requests, developing schedules, and communicating across teams to translate business needs into actionable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of platform and dependencies
• Translate business requirements into feature specifications
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities
• Write requirements and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze processes
• Work with technology architects to convert requirements into solutions
• Analyze data to troubleshoot issues
• Work with QA testers to ensure successful test execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst
• Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and BI tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience in product support
• Experience in agile software development and JIRA
