Job Description

Procare Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead their team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in driving new customer acquisition within the SMB market. This role reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on pipeline generation, lead conversion, and team development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of BDRs and SDRs
  • Foster a dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven sales culture
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to design and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for outbound prospecting and lead quality
  • Provide ongoing training and call coaching
  • Partner with Software Consultants for seamless opportunity handoff
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify performance trends
  • Implement and optimize prospecting tools and outreach strategies
  • Motivate and mentor team members through 1:1s and career development
  • Maintain strong alignment with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in sales or business development within a high-velocity SaaS or FinTech environment
  • 2+ years' leadership experience managing BDRs/SDRs or inside sales teams
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and meeting targets
  • Deep understanding of lead generation strategies and CRM best practices
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
