Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the future of data discovery, metadata management, and analytics governance for the modern data stack. You will lead design efforts for the Catalog and Insights products, creating intuitive experiences for analytics engineers, data practitioners, and business users. This role requires a collaborative designer who thrives on complexity and values cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for initiatives like Enhanced Search, Catalog as Governance Interface, BI Integration, and Cost Insights
• Conduct user research and apply insights
• Prototype, test, and iterate solutions
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers
• Contribute to the design system
• Mentor junior designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with B2B or enterprise tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
• Experience with iterative design, prototyping, and testing
• Ability to conduct user research
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize
