Job Description

dbt Labs is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to build their enterprise customer base in the North Central US region. This individual contributor role requires a proactive salesperson with experience in complex sales cycles and a passion for analytics engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from lead to utilization
  • Organize POC implementations
  • Win new customers per year
  • Lead team projects to develop sales process
  • Work with product on roadmap
  • Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and data operations
  • Be an active member of the dbt community

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technology sales closing experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Understanding of complex technical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diligence and organizational skills for long sales cycles
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for teamwork
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
