dbt Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on handling inbound leads, defining outbound strategies, and setting meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a background in sales or sales development and a passion for data.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads
• Define outbound strategy
• Set meetings for Sales Directors and Account Executives
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations
• Define and iterate on processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of inbound or outbound sales/sales development experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage high volume
• Values-oriented
• Experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software is a plus
