Job Description

dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a West Coast team. This role focuses on growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer success, and collaborating with sales and revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve quota targets
• Guide GTM strategy and provide insights on sales and product gaps
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening candidates

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales experience, including 3+ years of management experience
• Experience in data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Reside on the West Coast of the U.S.
