Job Description

The Weather Company is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering customized solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal execution, and requires expertise in digital media and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Tailor solutions to meet client needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations
  • Manage the sales process from lead to closing
  • Prepare proposals and contracts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or direct sales
  • Knowledge of DSP/SSP ecosystems
  • Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Proven ability to prospect and grow relationships
  • Understanding of the programmatic and data landscape
  • Ability to partner with senior executives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Travel required
