Job Description

The Weather Company is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering customized data-driven solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal execution, and requires a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Tailor data solutions to client needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiations
  • Manage the sales process from lead to close
  • Track and report on sales activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or direct sales
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing sales plans
  • Knowledge of DSP/SSP ecosystems
  • Ability to sell to senior executives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
