Job Description

The Events & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of cross-business events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches, to elevate the brand and meet business objectives. This role requires strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as cross-functional project management and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 cross-business events
• Support Tier 1 cross-business tentpole events
• Deliver events with strong organization and communication
• Lead cross-functional project management
• Develop briefs for agencies and vendors
• Create and execute promotional plans
• Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
• Track and measure event ROI

Requirements

• 6+ years of event experience within a marketing organization
• Strong project/program management and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Proven ability to deliver ROI
• Experience translating business objectives to partners
• Proficiency with event management platforms
• Detail-oriented and a team player
• Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Based in NYC or Atlanta
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
