Job Description

The Events & Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of cross-business events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches, to elevate the brand and meet business objectives. This role requires strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as cross-functional project management and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tier 2 & 3 events (Ads, Enterprise, Consumer)
  • Support Tier 1 events
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional project management
  • Develop briefs for agencies and vendors
  • Create and execute promotional plans
  • Conduct post-event analysis and ROI reporting
  • Track and measure event ROI

Requirements

  • 6+ years of event experience
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to deliver ROI
  • Experience translating business objectives
  • Proficiency with event management platforms
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Based in NYC or Atlanta
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
