Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Prismatic integrations
  • Partner with customers to understand their technical landscape
  • Own onboarding outcomes and time-to-first-integration
  • Create customer enablement materials (videos, guides, tools)
  • Demo Prismatic features
  • Contribute to product strategy
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering
  • Analyze customer integration trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role
  • Software development experience or pre-sales experience
  • B2B SaaS industry experience
  • Self-starter with strategic planning ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with remote work
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
