The Sr. Consultant of AI Strategy will lead AI transformation for clients, bridging innovative AI technologies with strategic business outcomes. This role involves developing AI adoption frameworks, identifying opportunities, and crafting strategies aligned with client objectives, focusing on driving competitive advantage and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy frameworks
• Conduct market research for AI trends
• Create AI adoption roadmaps
• Evolve AI use case workshops
• Develop thought leadership content
• Coordinate with Innovation, Governance, and AI teams
• Support sales teams with AI strategy
• Engage with C-level executives
• Facilitate AI workshops
• Build relationships with AI partners
• Collaborate with clients to define roadmaps
• Lead AI use case discovery workshops
• Develop AI strategy assessments
• Guide clients on technology selection
• Manage project scope and budget
• Monitor and communicate project status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in technical consulting (data science, AI)
• 5+ years’ experience in AI strategy development
• Understanding of generative AI concepts
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms
• Experience leading stakeholder workshops
• Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred
• Up-to-date understanding of AI industry trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive and consultative approach
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Ability to travel
