Trace3 is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to support Humana Inc.'s IT environment as part of a staff augmentation engagement focused on Isilon Services. The consultant will provide engineering and architecture services under the direction of the client, contributing to the delivery of technical solutions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote infrastructure administration and support
• Ensure continuous operation through troubleshooting and maintenance
• Assess and maintain systems documentation
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to IT platforms
• Attend project meetings
• Assist in design reviews
• Verify accuracy of parts and licensing
• Lead or assist in implementing technology solutions
• Provide project status reports

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT consulting, preferably in enterprise storage systems
• Strong background in systems architecture and engineering
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience working in hybrid environments
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and change management
