Job Description

The Life Cycle Management, Cisco Lifecycle Services Representative will manage customer support Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts, consult with account teams, drive revenue growth, and provide lifecycle support throughout the customer’s renewal cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Cisco renewal opportunities
  • Coordinate with teams to establish renewal timelines
  • Identify and present upsell opportunities
  • Position multi-year deals
  • Engage Cisco support teams and build quotes
  • Provide accurate renewal quotes
  • Resolve install base inaccuracies
  • Collaborate to capture renewal items and identify risks
  • Reduce complexity of contracts
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Maintain accurate data in NetSuite
  • Provide financing options
  • Process client transactions
  • Maintain client notes and contacts
  • Expand knowledge of partner renewal offerings
  • Obtain Cisco training
  • Champion best practices
  • Communicate challenges and updates

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Cisco maintenance renewal management or lifecycle experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good collaborator and communicator
  • Strong presentation skills preferred
  • Ability to execute deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in CCW-R, CCW & EAMP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge in Annuities preferred
  • Good understanding of Information Technologies
